Hello, I’m Yin Li. I’m the founder of Emprower, so do I run this place.

I came across TOC when I was handling international market development 9 years ago, supplying to over 20 countries in the world. The company started with small operation, and eventually grew into a middle size company – so did the “problems” of operations.

When I was plucking my hair trying to find a solution to our messy operations (from sending wrong container to wrong country, to unable to fulfill customers’ orders – you name it!), a close friend of mine, a TOC Expert, showed me The Solution.

Immediately there and then, I knew this IS IT! (you know, when something really true will resonate strongly in you)

TOC was a very powerful management tool starting from over 30 years ago. It is still today, and it will be the most powerful business process solution in the future. As it has very flexible ability to adapt to market changes fast!

Long story short, I decided to make TOC solutions widely available for companies of all sizes.

If you are a small-medium size company, it is a good time to apply TOC tools into your business, so you won’t face what I faced 8 years ago.
